Walk in with a mic check; walk out with a finished episode and five clips. Pro studio, multicam cinema cameras, an operator, and full post-production — booked as one session. We're the team behind a 628K-subscriber YouTube channel: we don't just film, we know what performs.

Renting a room looks like the cheap option until you add the people. Here's the honest math for a single episode.
| What an episode needs | Booked separately | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Studio rental, 3 hrs | Room only — you run the gear | ~$375 |
| Camera operator | Half-day rate, hired separately | ~$300 |
| Editor | Episode + clips, freelance | ~$500 |
| Your coordination | Three schedules to align, three invoices to chase | Hours |
| DIY total | Three vendors | ~$1,175 |
| Launch Package | Studio + operator + edited episode + 5 clips — one booking, one invoice | $1,200 |
DIY figures are NYC market estimates (studio ~$125/hr × 3 hrs, half-day operator, freelance episode + clips edit). Your quotes may vary; the vendor count won't.
Six ways in, from a $495 edit-only Clip Pack to a monthly show. Every session price includes a professional NYC studio — no rental scavenger hunt, no separate editor.
Recording three or four episodes in a day? See the FAQ for batch pricing. Audio-only podcasts welcome — same packages, leaner setup.
Starter Show and Show Retainer turn one booking into a publishing rhythm: fixed studio dates every month, an editor who knows your show, thumbnails and uploads handled, and strategy built on what we see working on a 628K-subscriber channel.
Pick a date and tell us your format (solo, interview, panel). We book the studio, confirm the address, and build your setup before you arrive. A 50% deposit holds the date.
80 minutes of operated multicam: cinema cameras, broadcast audio, lighting dialed in before you sit down. You focus on the conversation.
Edited episode, five vertical clips, and a thumbnail consult in your inbox — 7–10 business days standard, 5-day rush +$250. Session Only clients get raw files within 3 business days.
Our own YouTube channel has 628K subscribers. That's the outcome we produce for — not just a clean recording, but a show people keep watching.
Yvan built the Yvan Creates YouTube channel to 628K subscribers and has filmed for 19 brands, including Estée Lauder and Juvia's Place, from his base in New York City. On a podcast session he's the one behind the cameras and the one reading your edit notes — there's no account manager in between. You get a producer who has actually grown a channel, not just shot one.
Already recording, or planning to? Drop your email and we'll set up a 20-minute call: we watch an episode (or hear the plan) and tell you what we'd change first — framing, audio, pacing, thumbnails, clip strategy. No pitch required.
No, and that's deliberate. We produce in professional studios we book across Manhattan and Brooklyn, so you get the right room for your format — two-person interview, panel, solo — instead of one fixed set. The space is included in every session price; there's nothing extra to arrange or pay for.
In professional studios we book across Manhattan and Brooklyn. Once your date is locked we confirm the exact address, load-in details, and nearest subway in your booking confirmation. Prefer to record at your office? Ask — we'll quote an on-location session.

Yourself, your guest, and your topic. Cameras, microphones, lighting, and an operator are all included. If you have your own mics, mugs, or branding assets, bring them and we'll build them into the set.

Yes, and for most shows it's the smartest way to record. The Two-Episode Batch ($2,000) covers two episodes in one studio block. For three or four, we extend the block and price each additional episode at the batch rate rather than the single-episode rate, so the more you bank in one visit, the less each episode costs. Tell us your target and you'll get one number before you book.
You do. Full usage rights on every deliverable, and the raw files are yours: Session Only includes them within 3 business days, and on edited packages they're available on request.
Reschedule 14 or more days out and your deposit moves with you to the new date, no questions asked. Inside 72 hours, the deposit applies to the studio, which has already been paid for. In between, tell us as soon as you know and we'll do what we can to move the room.
Yes. Liability coverage is arranged for every production, and a certificate of insurance (COI) is available on request for any studio, office, or venue that asks for one.
Yes — that's what the Launch Package is for. We'll advise on format, titles, and thumbnails based on what actually performs on YouTube, then film and edit episode one so you launch looking established. Want to publish weekly from day one? Start with the Two-Episode Batch or a Starter Show.
Yes: interview series, founder shows, expert explainers, panel formats. Same sessions, same packages; we adjust the set, camera plan, and edit to the format. Our own 628K-subscriber channel is the proof that we know how a show gets watched.
Yes. Same packages with a leaner setup — though we'll make the case for video: clips are how podcasts grow in 2026.
