Rental math

One booking vs. three vendors.

Renting a room looks like the cheap option until you add the people. Here's the honest math for a single episode.

What an episode needs Booked separately Cost
Studio rental, 3 hrs Room only — you run the gear ~$375
Camera operator Half-day rate, hired separately ~$300
Editor Episode + clips, freelance ~$500
Your coordination Three schedules to align, three invoices to chase Hours
DIY total Three vendors ~$1,175
Launch Package Studio + operator + edited episode + 5 clips — one booking, one invoice $1,200

DIY figures are NYC market estimates (studio ~$125/hr × 3 hrs, half-day operator, freelance episode + clips edit). Your quotes may vary; the vendor count won't.

Monthly shows

A show is a schedule, not a session.

Starter Show and Show Retainer turn one booking into a publishing rhythm: fixed studio dates every month, an editor who knows your show, thumbnails and uploads handled, and strategy built on what we see working on a 628K-subscriber channel.

How it works

Book. Record. Delivered in 7–10 business days.

Book

Pick a date and tell us your format (solo, interview, panel). We book the studio, confirm the address, and build your setup before you arrive. A 50% deposit holds the date.

Record

80 minutes of operated multicam: cinema cameras, broadcast audio, lighting dialed in before you sit down. You focus on the conversation.

Delivered in 7–10 business days

Edited episode, five vertical clips, and a thumbnail consult in your inbox — 7–10 business days standard, 5-day rush +$250. Session Only clients get raw files within 3 business days.

Yvan, founder of Yvan Creates

Yvan built the Yvan Creates YouTube channel to 628K subscribers and has filmed for 19 brands, including Estée Lauder and Juvia's Place, from his base in New York City. On a podcast session he's the one behind the cameras and the one reading your edit notes — there's no account manager in between. You get a producer who has actually grown a channel, not just shot one.

Questions

FAQ

Do you have your own studio?

No, and that's deliberate. We produce in professional studios we book across Manhattan and Brooklyn, so you get the right room for your format — two-person interview, panel, solo — instead of one fixed set. The space is included in every session price; there's nothing extra to arrange or pay for.

Where exactly do we record?

In professional studios we book across Manhattan and Brooklyn. Once your date is locked we confirm the exact address, load-in details, and nearest subway in your booking confirmation. Prefer to record at your office? Ask — we'll quote an on-location session.

Is $695 truly all-in?

Yes: room, gear, and operator. Session Only covers the studio, multicam cinema cameras, microphones, lighting, and the person running all of it for an 80-minute recording, with raw files delivered within 3 business days. Editing is the Launch Package; the only other extras are the ones you choose, like a 5-day rush.

What do I need to bring?

Yourself, your guest, and your topic. Cameras, microphones, lighting, and an operator are all included. If you have your own mics, mugs, or branding assets, bring them and we'll build them into the set.

How fast do I get my episode?

Edited episodes and clips land in 7–10 business days standard; a 5-day rush is +$250. Session Only raw files arrive within 3 business days. Clip Packs are 7–10 business days standard, 5-day rush +$250.

Can we batch 3–4 episodes in a day?

Yes, and for most shows it's the smartest way to record. The Two-Episode Batch ($2,000) covers two episodes in one studio block. For three or four, we extend the block and price each additional episode at the batch rate rather than the single-episode rate, so the more you bank in one visit, the less each episode costs. Tell us your target and you'll get one number before you book.

Who owns the footage?

You do. Full usage rights on every deliverable, and the raw files are yours: Session Only includes them within 3 business days, and on edited packages they're available on request.

What if my guest cancels?

Reschedule 14 or more days out and your deposit moves with you to the new date, no questions asked. Inside 72 hours, the deposit applies to the studio, which has already been paid for. In between, tell us as soon as you know and we'll do what we can to move the room.

Are you insured?

Yes. Liability coverage is arranged for every production, and a certificate of insurance (COI) is available on request for any studio, office, or venue that asks for one.

Can you help me launch a brand-new podcast or YouTube show?

Yes — that's what the Launch Package is for. We'll advise on format, titles, and thumbnails based on what actually performs on YouTube, then film and edit episode one so you launch looking established. Want to publish weekly from day one? Start with the Two-Episode Batch or a Starter Show.

Do you produce YouTube shows that aren't podcasts?

Yes: interview series, founder shows, expert explainers, panel formats. Same sessions, same packages; we adjust the set, camera plan, and edit to the format. Our own 628K-subscriber channel is the proof that we know how a show gets watched.

Do you do audio-only podcasts?

Yes. Same packages with a leaner setup — though we'll make the case for video: clips are how podcasts grow in 2026.

Ready to record?

Tell us about your show — we reply within a few hours, 7 days a week.
