Yvancreates Media LLC, doing business as Yvan Creates ("we," "us"), is a video production business based in New York City. These terms apply to every booking — podcast and show sessions, corporate and brand video, event coverage, and wedding films. Paying a deposit or confirming a date in writing means you've accepted them. Your quote lists the package, deliverables, and price; where the quote and this page differ, the quote wins. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
A 50% deposit reserves your date — until it's paid, the date stays open. We send a secure payment link with your quote. The balance is due on delivery for podcast and corporate projects, and 14 days before the wedding for wedding films. Approved corporate accounts can be invoiced on net-15 terms — ask when booking. Final files are released against the balance payment.
Plans change. Reschedule free of charge with 14 or more days' notice — your deposit simply moves to the new date. Inside 72 hours of the session or shoot, the deposit covers the studio and crew we've already committed on your behalf and is non-refundable. Between those windows, tell us as early as you can: we'll move the date wherever the studio and crew allow, and any studio fee already paid on your behalf is passed through at cost.
If we need to reschedule for safety or weather — a storm, a venue closure, an outdoor shoot that can't go ahead — there is no penalty on either side. We'll offer the next available dates and your deposit carries over.
Two rounds of revisions are included on every package. A round is one consolidated set of notes on a cut. Additional rounds — and changes outside the original scope, such as new deliverables, new footage, or a different edit length — are quoted hourly before we start.
Podcast and corporate projects: 7–10 business days standard · 5-day rush +$250. Corporate projects get a first cut in 7 business days — the clock pauses during your review and restarts when your notes come in. Wedding films: 6–8 weeks. Raw files, where your package includes them, arrive within 3 business days of the shoot. Everything is delivered by secure download link — please download and back up your files when they arrive.
You own every delivered file, with full usage rights in perpetuity — organic, paid media, broadcast, internal, anywhere. No licensing tiers, no expiry. We may show the finished work in our portfolio and on our social channels; if you'd rather we didn't — an unreleased campaign, a private event — tell us in writing and we'll keep it off. Music and stock elements are licensed for your use under the catalog's terms (see Music below).
You arrange locations and venue access, cover any permits the location requires, and confirm we're allowed to film there. Where you supply the on-camera talent — hosts, guests, employees, customers — you're responsible for their releases; we'll send a simple template on request. Studio sessions start at the booked time; because studios are booked in fixed blocks, a late arrival shortens the session rather than extending it.
Yvancreates Media LLC carries production liability coverage arranged per shoot. A certificate of insurance (COI) naming your venue or company is available on request — give us a few days' notice before the shoot.
Every edit uses music from licensed catalogs, cleared for your use across the platforms your package covers, including paid media. Most commercial releases can't be licensed for a business video, so if there's a specific song you have in mind, ask early and we'll find a licensable track that carries the same feeling. If you supply music, you're responsible for its rights.
