Yes. A highlight only shows the best ninety seconds, so on the 15-minute call we screen a complete film start to finish — ceremony, speeches, the quiet moments in between — so you know exactly what you're getting.
A 50% deposit reserves your date at booking, paid by card through a secure link. The remaining 50% is due 14 days before the wedding. Travel for destination weddings is itemized upfront, so there are no surprises on the final invoice.
Coverage is arranged for every wedding, and we can send a certificate of insurance (COI) to your venue on request — most NYC venues ask for one, and we'll have it in their hands before the day.
You're never left without coverage. A vetted second filmmaker who has worked alongside Yvan is on call for every wedding we book. If Yvan can't be there, they film your day with the same gear and the same shot plan, and your films are delivered exactly as booked.
Anywhere. Tri-state travel is included; destination weddings are quoted upfront with flights and lodging itemized.
Every collection is delivered in 6–8 weeks, color graded with licensed music. Feature and Cinema couples also get a social teaser within 2 weeks — on the Cinema collection it lands the morning after the wedding.
It's an add-on: raw footage delivery is (quoted with your collection) on any collection. Your files arrive via download link within 3 business days of the wedding, so you have every frame even before the edit begins.
We choose from licensed catalogs together — you tell us the feeling, we find the track that carries it. Licensed means your film is safe to share on YouTube and Instagram.
